Our Founder Lisa Dallaire opened in our first location in the historic district of St.Augustine in 2018, prior was her establishment The Chocolate Turtle! Our new location, opening in late 2024 in Hastings Florida, this location is owned & operated by Brooke Williams & Sarah Boger, together they have over 2 decades of experience in baking and pastry!
As we expand and rebrand we hope to share our knowledge in dessert classes, and become a part of our new community by sharing our desserts, custom cakes, and weddings! Looking forward to making your special occasion just a little sweeter!
